THE CHOICE-ACTION SELF-COUNSELING SHEET.

The Choice-Action Self-Counseling Sheet is method for making important decisions and choices and for taking action on those choices. Decisions, choices, and actions are the backbone of the good life, emotional well-being, and getting what is meaningful and valued accomplished in our lives. Making decisions and choices and acting upon those choices is the principle way human beings can steer their beliefs and emotions, become accountable for their lives, and actualize their deepest yearnings and values to create preferable experiences. Having roots in the work of Glasser, the Choice-Action Self-Counseling Sheet, asks several questions to get our "decision, choice, and action" abilities up and running.
